your ammonia/nitrate/nitrite is too high. it killed the fish. goldfish produce alot more ammonia than other fish. especially if it was a new tank, ur ammonia levels can suddenly spike up high enough to kill all your fish.
Since black moors all have the same docile, non-aggressive temperament, they won’t cause each other problems during feeding time. Everyone will get to eat, and everyone will stay happy and healthy.

If your black moor is turning orange/gold there’s actually nothing to worry about. Eventually over time most black moors will turn from black to orange/gold. After this, the black will slowly fade and they’ll become more and more orange in color.
Aquarists recommend a fish tank of no smaller than 20 gallons in volume for a Black Moor. Interestingly, while Black Moors may be kept at room temperature like other goldfish varieties, they may also be kept in tropical tanks with water up to 25’C.
A true black moor will stay black. You can enhance the black color with natural sunlight, like raising it in an outdoor pond in the spring and summer.
The most likely reason why your black moor turned gold and died is because of a high amount of ammonia, nitrate or nitrite in your aquarium or the general water quality is bad. If this is the case it is very important to fix the issue before it starts to affect other fish.
Black Moor are a hardy variety, able to withstand low temperatures better than most of the fancy varieties. They are often kept with varieties that they can’t compete with for food such as Comets.
Instead, the concept of Moors has been used to describe alternatively the reign of Muslims in Spain, Europeans of African descent, and others for centuries.
